Every generated plan is re-measured by a separate verifier process with its own code path. What you see carries a verification badge — feasibility, verification, preferences and execution, each declared.
Zoning and valuation data is labeled with its legal class — from official gazette decisions (L1) to approximate regional profiles (L5). Nothing is invented: where there is no verified source, the answer is an honest 'unknown'.
Each plan records its decision events, seed and artifact hash. The same input always rebuilds the same plan, and 'why this?' is answered from recorded decisions — not invented afterwards.
Every result ships a validity envelope: its assumptions and its unknowns, in plain sight — e.g. 'official jurisdiction package not loaded'. Measurement, not marketing.
